Devin Lund is a Toronto-based documentary filmmaker and photographer. His subjects range from aviation to rural Canadian landscapes, with his work frequently taking him around the world. Using black and white Super 8 film, hand-processed in his home dark room with tweaked chemical formulas, the video for Ties That Bind was shot en route to a gig in Hamilton, Ontario. Inspired by the lo-fi formats of vintage photography methods, the raw aesthetic evokes the band's timeless sound. Devin's intention was to take viewers on the road with the band.
